1. Policy Summary
MC HUB is designed to let users browse Minecraft Bedrock related content without requiring an account. We do not intentionally collect directly identifying personal information through account registration because MC HUB currently does not provide user account features.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the MC HUB iOS application and the MC HUB website or landing pages operated by sithidevz. It explains what information may be processed when you use the app, why that information may be processed, and what choices may be available to you.
This policy does not apply to websites, services, content, or platforms operated by third parties. If MC HUB links to third-party websites or content sources, their own privacy policies and terms apply.
3. Types of Data We May Process
Depending on your device settings, app usage, ad consent choices, and the third-party services active in the app, the following categories of information may be processed by MC HUB or by third-party service providers.
| Data category | Examples | Primary source |
|---|---|---|
| Device and technical data | Device model, iOS version, app version, language, region, network state, crash or diagnostic information. | Automatically from your device or third-party SDKs. |

MC HUB does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government identifiers, financial card numbers, precise health information, biometric data, or precise GPS location.
4. How We Use Information
Information may be processed for the following purposes:
- To operate, maintain, and improve MC HUB.
- To count content views, downloads, favorites, and other aggregate app activity.
- To display ads and measure ad performance.
- To support ad mediation, ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and reporting.
- To process, validate, restore, and manage in-app purchases such as Remove Ads.
- To respond to support requests or developer inquiries.
- To detect, prevent, or address technical issues, abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations or enforce applicable terms where necessary.
5. Advertising, AdMob, and Mediation
MC HUB may show ads using Google AdMob. The app may also use ad mediation, which allows multiple advertising networks or demand partners to compete for and deliver ads inside the app.
Advertising and mediation partners may collect or receive information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app usage events, ad views, ad clicks, and diagnostic signals. These partners may use this information to provide ads, measure performance, limit repeated ads, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements.
Personalized and non-personalized ads
Depending on your region, consent choices, iOS tracking permission status, and partner settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Personalized ads may use advertising identifiers or similar signals to make ads more relevant. Non-personalized ads may still use contextual information, approximate location, frequency capping, and fraud-prevention signals.
App Tracking Transparency
On iOS, MC HUB or its advertising partners may request tracking permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework where required. You can allow or deny tracking permission from the iOS system prompt or change your choice later in your device settings.
Opting out of interest-based advertising
You may be able to limit ad tracking or personalized ads through your iOS settings. You can also review privacy choices provided by Apple, Google, and applicable advertising industry opt-out tools available in your region.
6. In-App Purchases and Remove Ads
MC HUB may offer in-app purchases, including a Remove Ads purchase or subscription features where available. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.
MC HUB does not collect or store your full payment card details. Apple handles billing, payment authorization, refunds, and purchase history according to Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.
To provide purchased features, MC HUB may process limited purchase-related information such as product identifiers, transaction status, receipt data, purchase date, expiration date where applicable, and restore status.
Subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing are managed by Apple. MC HUB links to Apple’s standard end-user license agreement where the app uses the standard Apple EULA. You can review it at Apple Standard EULA.
7. Third-Party Services and Partners
MC HUB may rely on third-party services for ads, mediation, purchase processing, infrastructure, diagnostics, and app functionality. These services may process information under their own privacy policies.
| Service / partner type | Purpose | Possible data processed |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and reporting. | Advertising identifiers, device data, usage data, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions. |
| Ad mediation partners | Ad bidding, mediation, delivery, measurement, and optimization. | Advertising identifiers, device data, ad interactions, diagnostics, approximate location. |
| Apple App Store / StoreKit | In-app purchase processing, receipt validation, restore purchases, subscriptions where applicable. | Transaction data, product identifiers, receipt data, entitlement status. |
| MC HUB mobile API and static content hosting | Content delivery, search, detail loading, download/favorite tracking, and aggregate counters. | Anonymous device key, content IDs, event type, request metadata, server logs, IP address, and timestamps. |
| Hosting / website provider | Hosting the MC HUB landing page and privacy policy. | Standard server logs such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and timestamps. |
The list above may change if MC HUB adds, removes, or updates SDKs, mediation partners, or service providers.
8. Data Retention
MC HUB does not maintain user accounts and does not intentionally store directly identifying personal information for account purposes. Support emails or messages you voluntarily send may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
Anonymous app activity events and aggregate counters may be retained for operational analytics, feature integrity, abuse prevention, and reporting. They are not intended to identify you by name.
Third-party services such as advertising networks, mediation partners, Apple, and website hosting providers may retain data according to their own retention policies.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request a copy of certain personal information. Because MC HUB does not operate user accounts, many requests may relate to data handled by third-party providers.
You can manage many privacy choices directly from your device:
- Change tracking permission in iOS Settings.
- Limit personalized ads or reset advertising-related settings where available.
- Use privacy options shown inside MC HUB where required by your region and ad consent status.
- Disable app permissions that are not required for your use.
- Restore or manage in-app purchases through Apple App Store settings.
- Contact the developer for privacy questions or support requests.
10. Children’s Privacy
MC HUB is a general-audience app for discovering Minecraft Bedrock related content and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not require account registration and does not intentionally request personal information from children.
Advertising services may process limited device or advertising data to serve contextual ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, or support app operations, depending on the settings and legal requirements applicable to the user. If you believe that a child has provided personal information directly to MC HUB, please contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
11. International Data Transfers
Third-party service providers may process information on servers located in countries other than your country of residence. Data protection laws may vary by jurisdiction. Where required, service providers are responsible for applying appropriate safeguards for such transfers under their own policies and legal obligations.
12. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information associated with MC HUB. However, no app, website, network, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, third-party services, legal requirements, or operational practices. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
